I'm happy they made the body type slender like Garfield's and not the usual Hot Toys buffed and muscled type.

I'm gonna get one of these.

My only question is,are hot toys gonna do the lizard man? hot toys only gives us 1 or 2 characters from each mms piece, they should complete each license with all the characters instead of giving us another Terminator or Joker...what do u guys think???

that's the problem with Hot Toys :( they never complete most of the lines / licenses they are committed to e.g. Platoon, Watchmen, Sucker Punch, Predator, Predators, Blade etc etc the moment they hit a bump i.e. not enough demand / want for that particular line, they STOP and make an Iron Man / Predator / Joker variant instead. money talks and collectors have no say...

I agree with you GenX, I'd give any three figures in my collection for HOT TOYS to release another character from the AVATAR movie or SUCKER PUNCH or WOLVERINE movie or...... well you get the picture. If HOT TOYS had a collectors forum for development and input I'd throw my two sense in for and extended MARVEL COMICS releases. Imagine holding a JUGGERNAUT or HULK BUSTER IRONMAN SUIT or DEADPOOL in your hands!! As for this AMAZING SPIDERMAN release, I'm on the fence about it, no WOW factor..... Gimme the LIZARD!!!!!

I quite like this design even though at first I found Andrew Garfield too skinny and too weak looking. But the Spider Man Costume looks really good and I like the attention they paid to the color contrast on his wrists. That's something new.

Having a Hot Toys Lizard figure would be great!!

The masked head sculpt looks weak with the plastic finish hot toys should of matched it with the same material as the suit to give it the authentic look like they did on spider man 3 versions if I do decide to buy this figure I'll put the unmasked head sculpt instead it looks like a medicom head sculpt to me...

Besides the mask it looks great!
